Refund eligibility
We have a 30-day discretionary refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. All purchases are deemed final, even for accidental purchases. A refund is not guaranteed within the 30-day period; we retain the discretion to deny a refund request for any reason. To be eligible for a return, you must explain or identify a serious flaw with our products or services and be amenable to an alternative resolution to your issue before we consider a refund. You may also qualify for a refund if you made duplicate purchases.
If you share any of our content that you purchased without our permission, you will be ineligible for a refund and may be otherwise liable for breaching our Terms of Service.

Refund process
We will notify you once we’ve considered your issue and the possibility of a refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
